All four surfaces are permeable. Pour'n'Play and MulchSet are seamless and porous; PermaPlay and PermaTurf drain through the turf and underlay. The playground is back in use sooner after rain.

Our flagship wet-pour rubber. A recycled rubber shockpad sits under a 15–20mm coloured top layer, with the shockpad depth set to match your fall height. The top layer uses Rosehill TPV granules — a technically superior alternative to EPDM and SBR for UV stability and long-term colour retention. The result is a seamless, porous surface that takes detailed graphic designs and holds its colour for 12 to 20 years.
The look of natural bark mulch, without the ongoing maintenance. MulchSet is poured rubber with fully dyed granules that hold their colour long-term. Specify it as a 20mm landscape layer, or over a shockpad for Critical Fall Heights up to 3m. It suits slopes, tree-root zones, and any site where loose mulch would migrate, decompose or need regular topping up.
Safety turf that looks like real grass. PermaPlay is installed in 1.8m or 3.6m rolls over an impact-absorbing layer — either a 30mm recycled foam pad or a poured rubber shockpad, depending on the fall height you need. The turf is UV-stable, up to 20% cooler underfoot than standard artificial turf, non-allergenic, and certified to the relevant New Zealand standards.
Landscape turf built for high-traffic areas where fall height isn't a requirement. PermaTurf has a 30mm pile, low-abrasive fibres, and a permeable backing that drains like a natural surface. It runs up to 20% cooler underfoot than standard artificial turf. Installed in rolls over a prepared base, it replaces lawn areas that wear through, muddy up, or cost more in mowing and watering than they're worth.
